Actions
- LMS Configuration: To know the steps of LMS Configuration, click the Actions menu at the right corner and select the LMS Configuration option. The Online LMS Configuration page will open. Select the required LMS from the Choose any LMS drop-down and you will be redirected to its help page.

- Message: To send message to the students, check the checkboxes before their name/email address. Click the Actions menu and select the Message option. The Message page will open, type the subject and the message, and click the Send button.

- Download Study Planner: To download the study planner of different courses check the checkbox next to the student name Click the Actions menu and select the Download Study Planner option.

- Re-Send Activation: To reactivate the course of the students, check the checkboxes before their name/email address. Click the Actions menu and select the Re-Send Activation option. The Reactivation Email modal box will open, click the Send button to resend action link.

- Set Tag: To tag the desired student, check the checkboxes before their name/address. Click the Actions menu and select the Set Tag option. The Reactivation Email modal box will open, click the Send button to resend action link. The Set Student tag modal box will open, provide the relevant tags. If there is no already created tag, select Create new tag, and click the Save button.

- Set Org: To move the students to the organization, check the checkboxes before their name/address. Click the Actions menu and select the Set org option.

There are two methods to move the students to the organization:
Method 1: Select the Move to org option, provide comma separated email address, and click the Next button.

Method 2: In case of email less moving to organization, follow these steps:
- Select the current organization of the student in the Move from org dropdown.
- Select the desired organization to which the student is to be moved in the Move to org dropdown.
- Click the Next button.

- Check the checkbox of the student you desire to move and click the Move selected button. Click the Yes button to move the student to the organization.

- Archive, Disable, Enable, and Unarchive Course: To archive, disable, enable, and unarchive course, check the checkboxes parallel to the course name. Click the Actions menu and select the desired option. A confirmation modal box will open, click the Yes button to perform the required action.

Settings Menu
- Manage Profile: To manage student's profile, click the settings menu parallel to the student's name/address. The Set Profile modal box will open. Provide the required details and click the Save button.

- To change student's password, click the Change Password tab. Provide the new password and click the Save button.

- To send the reset password link to the student, click the Send Reset Password Link tab and click the blue button. The name of the blue button will change as per the user email address.

- Send Message: To send message to your students, click the settings menu, and select the Message option. Type the message subject and the message to be send and click the Send button.

- Set Accommodation: To manage the time allowed for timed activities in the desired course, click the settings menu parallel to the course, and select the Set Accommodation option.

- The Set Time Accommodation modal box will open. Select the required time allowed and then click the Submit button.

- Set Tag: To tag the desired student, click the settings menu, and select the Set Tag option. Set the student tag and click the Save button.

- Study Planner: To view the student’s study planner, click the settings menu, and select the Study Planner option.

- Link with Instructor: To link the course with the instructor, click the settings menu, and select the Link with Instructor option. Provide the Section Key and click the ADD button.

- Set Instructor: To move the student under new instructor, click the settings menu, and select the Set Instructor option. Select the desired instructor from the Choose Instructor drop-down and select the desired section from the Choose a section drop-down. Click the Save button.

- Set Org: To move the desired student to other organization, click the settings menu, and select the Set Org option.

- Track Report: To view the track report of different components in a course, click the settings menu parallel to the course name, and select the Track Report option. Click on the desired course components to view the report.

- Reset Course: To reset the course, click the settings menu, and select the Reset Course option. Reset Course modal box will open. Provide the desired student's email or user guid in Student's Email/User Guid box. If you do not want the user to be notified about the course reset, uncheck the Send email to user checkbox.
If you want to reset the course items, set the Toggle button to Customize and check the the course items you desire to reset and click the Next button. Click the Reset button to confirm.

- Remove Instructor: To remove the already assigned instructor to the student, click the settings menu, and select the Remove Instructor option. A confirmation modal box will open, click the OK button to confirm.

- Re-Send Activation: To reactivate the course, click the settings menu, and select the Re-Send Activation option. The Reactivation Email modal box will appear. Click the Send button to resend activation mail.

- Archive or Disable Course: To archive or disable the student's course, click the settings menu, and select the Archive or Disable option. The Confirmation modal box will appear. Click the OK button.

- Export Button: To export the administrator list, click the Export button and select the Administrator List option.

- Settings Menu: To manage the administrator's profile or send message to him, click the settings menu parallel to the administrator name, and select the required option.

- Export: To export the course list, click the Export menu and select the Course List option.

- Settings Menu: You can perform the following actions using the settings menu:
- Instructor List: To view the Instructor List of the desired course, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name and select the Roster option.
- Roster: To view the roster of the course, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name and select the Roster option.
- Section List: To view the section list of the course, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name and select the Section List option.
- Course Outline: To view the course outline of the desired course, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name and select the Course Outline option.
- LTI Settings: To create the LTI Link or Custom parameter of the course, click the Settings menu parallel to the Course Name and select the LTI settings option.
- Open Student View: To open the student view of the course, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name and select the Open Student View option.
- Webpage: To view the webpage of the course, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name and select the Webpage option.
- Assign Master Section: To assign section and instructor to the course, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name and select the Assign Master Section option. The Assign Master Section modal box will open, select the instructor from the Instructor List drop-down and then click the Save button.

- Export: You can download the following using the Export menu:
- Section List: To download the section name and details, click the Export menu and select the Section List option.
- Roster: To download the Roster of a class, check the checkbox before the desired class, click the Export button, and select the Roster option. Click the Generate button to generate the report and finally click the Download button to download the report. Click the Generate button to generate the report and finally click the Download button to download the report.
- Activity: To download the activity of students of a class, check the checkbox before the desired class, click the Export button, and select the Activity option. Click the Generate button to generate the report and finally click the Download button to download the report.
- Attendance: To download the activity of students of a class, check the checkbox before the desired class, click the Export button, and select the Attendance option. Click the Generate button to generate the report and finally click the Download button to download the report.

- Actions: You can perform the following things using the Actions menu:
- Create Section: To create a new section, click the Actions menu and select the Create a new section option. The New Section modal box will open. Select the desired instructor and course. If you want to create a new section or clone the previous section, select the desired option from the Create a New Section drop-down. Provide the Section Tag, Class Name, Start and End date, and Mastery Level. Click the Save and manage section button to create new section.
- Delete Section: To delete a desired section, check the checkbox before the Class Name. Click the Actions menu and select the Delete section option.
- Restore Section: To restore a desired section, check the checkbox before the Class Name. Click the Actions menu and select the Restore section option.
- Move to Archive: To archive a desired section, check the checkbox before the Class Name. Click the Actions menu and select the Move to archive option.
- Move to Active: To move a section to active, check the checkbox before the Class Name. Click the Actions menu and select the Move to active option.
- View and export Track Report: To view and export the track report of the desired course, check the checkbox parallel to the Course Name. Click the Actions menu and select the Track Report option.

- Settings Menu: You can perform the following actions using the settings menu:
- Roster: To view the roster of the class, click the settings menu parallel to the Class Name, and select the Roster option.
- Message: To send message to the instructor of the class, click the settings menu parallel to the Class Name, and select the Message option.
- Permission: To change the owner permission and teaching assistant of the class, click the settings menu parallel to the Class Name, and select the Permission option. Select the desired owner from the Owner drop-down and click the Add New button to add the teaching assistant. To delete the teaching assistant, click the settings menu parallel to the name of the teaching assistant, and select the Delete option. Click the Save button.
- Save As: To create the copy of the section, click the settings menu parallel to the Class Name, and select the Save As option. Provide the desired Section Tag and Class Name and click the Save button.
- Share: To share the section with other instructor, click the settings menu parallel to the Class Name, and select the Share option. Provide the required details and click the Share button.
- Copy configuration: To copy the configuration of the class, click the settings menu parallel to the Class Name, and select the Copy configuration option. Select the Cloning option from the option drop-down and provide the details accordingly. Click the Save and manage section button.
- Delete section: To delete the section, click the settings menu parallel to the Class Name, and select the Delete section option. Click the Yes button to confirm.
- Modify section: To modify the section, click the settings menu parallel to the Class Name, and select the Modify section option. Provide the required details and click the Save button.
- Move to archive: To archive the section, click the settings menu parallel to the Class Name, and select the Move to archive option. Click the Yes button to confirm.

- Export User List: Click the Export menu and select the User List option to export the user list.

- Suspend or Unsuspend Account: To suspend or unsuspend the user account, check the checkbox before the desired user's name or email address, click the Actions menu at the right corner, and select the desired option. Click the Yes button to confirm your action.

- Settings Menu: You can perform the following actions using the settings menu:
- View Course List: To view the course list under the desired user, click the settings menu, parallel to the user's name or email address and select the Course List option. The Course List page will open.
- Disable or Enable Courses: To disable or enable courses under the user, check the checkboxes before the desired Course Names, click the Actions menu at the right corner, and select the desired option.
- Section List: To view the section list of the desired course click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name, and select the Section List option.
- Roster: To view the roster of the desired course, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name, and select the Roster option.
- Manage Profile: To set the profile information, change password, and send the reset password link, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name, and select the Manage Profile option.
- Send Message: To send message to the user, click the settings menu parallel to the Course Name, and select the Message option.

- View Course List: To view the course list under the desired user, click the settings menu, parallel to the user's name or email address and select the Course List option. The Course List page will open.

- Generate Voucher: Click the Add Course button. Check the desired courses and click the Save button to add course. Click the Generate button to generate voucher.

The License Select modal box will open. Expand the Add-on Components section, select the additional license, and click the Update button.

You can also select the individual license for the course. To do so, expand the Buy Components Individually section, select the individual license, and then click the Update button.

- Enroll Directly: Click the Enroll Directly tab and select the Email button. Provide the Client Email, First Name, and Last Name. Click the Add Course button. Check the desired courses and click the Save button. Check the Teacher checkbox under the Permission heading if you are providing the user with instructor permission. Click the Add button to enroll the email in the course directly.
Select the Bulk Email button, provide Format Email id, First Name, Last Name (One user per line) in the box below the Bulk Email button, and click the Next button. Click the Add Course button to add the course and then click the Add Bulk button to enroll bulk email to the course directly.

Student

Instructor

If you are a new user, you are required to provide additional details:
- Password
- First Name
- Last Name
Finally, click the Submit button.
You can create users with student or instructor permission in the same way as you enroll the student or the instructor. You can also enroll the student or the instructor without course. To do so, leave the Access Code option blank.

Multiple Enroll
- To enroll multiple students under an instructor, select the Multiple Enroll option. Provide the details in the following format for enrolling multiple students at a time: Email id, First Name, Last Name, Password, Access Code (One user per line).
- You can link the students to an instructor. To do so, check the Link with instructor checkbox. Select the instructor, course, and section to which you want to enroll students. Finally, click the Next button.
- You can see the status of the emails which you want to enroll. Check all the checkboxes from the first column of the table and click the Enroll selected button.
