The CompTIA's CTT+ is a certification, which validates your skills for preparation, presentation, communication, facilitation and evaluation in both a classroom and virtual classroom environment.
CompTIA's CTT+ is an international, vendor-neutral certification. Even Adobe, Dell, Microsoft, Novell and Ricoh recommend that their trainers be CompTIA's CTT+ certified. The Training Associates also look for CompTIA's CTT+ certification while hiring trainers. Professionals who want to become successful trainers should take the CompTIA's CTT+ Essentials exam, and at least one of the two designations: Classroom Trainer or Virtual Classroom Trainer.
Candidates have to pass through a process i.e. CompTIA's CTT+ exam, and should have at least one of the two designations: Classroom Trainer or Virtual Classroom Trainer. Candidates will need to supply a video or recording of their classroom or virtual classroom sessions.
Requirements for CompTIA's CTT+ Certification
There are no specific requirements for the CompTIA's CTT+ certification. Although, you should have 6 to 12 months of training experience.
