A brief history of uCertify
uCertify was founded by two brothers who ran a IT training company way back in 1996. They needed a product that could help their students practice in the actual test environment. They searched the market for a product, but could not find any product that fit the bill.
They decided to develop a product to provide comprehensive test preparation for certification exams. The result was uCertify PrepEngine, an interactive software application that helped their students learn, track their progress, identify areas of improvement and simulate the actual exam. It was a huge success among their students, and led them to launch uCertify.com.
uCertify.com was launched in summer of 1997 and focused on Microsoft’s MCSE, MCSD and MCDBA. Quickly, the website became popular among IT students and professionals who loved the innovative products from uCertify.com.
Today, the company offers a wide range of IT certification preparation products from Microsoft, Oracle, CompTIA, CIW, Sun and other leading vendors.
The company has doubled its revenues every year since the year it was formed and is a trusted name in IT training industry.
