Requirements for GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst Certification

There are no specific prerequisite for GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst certification. It is believed that the candidates should have basic understanding and fundamental knowledge skills, and ability to conduct formal incident investigations and handle advanced incident handling scenarios, including internal and external data breach intrusions, advanced persistent threats, anti-forensic techniques used by attackers, and complex digital forensic cases. The certification requires you to pass only one exam:
