A. The Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification exam is for the professional who designs and plans, rather than implements the HR policy. The HR professional who typically has six to eight years of progressive and increasingly complicated HR experience and breadth and depth of knowledge in all HR disciplines.

Q. What credit does the HRCI’s SPHR exam provides?
A. After passing the exam, you will earn credit toward the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Q. How many questions are asked in the test?
A. You will be required to attempt approximately 225 questions. The exam fee is US $425.

Q. What is the duration of the test?
A. You will be required to finish the exam in four hours.

A. The passing score of the exam is 500 out of 700.

Q. What is the test retake policy?
