The HR professional who typically has six to eight years of progressive and increasingly complicated HR experience and breadth and depth of knowledge in all HR disciplines.

A. After passing the exam, you will earn credit toward the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
