CompTIA‘s Linux+ certification is a vendor-neutral certification exam designed to ensure proficiency and knowledge required for junior Linux administrators, systems administrator, Linux database administrator, web administrator, and junior network administrator to install and configure a workstation and connect it to a LAN/a stand-alone PC via modem to the Internet; perform easy maintenance tasks such as adding users to a massive system, assisting users, shutdown and reboot, executing backup and restore; work at the Linux command line. To become Linux+ certified candidate have to pass two exams: LX0-103 and LX0-104exam.
