Artemakis Artemiou works as an Analyst/Programmer and Consultant for H.S. Data Ltd, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. He works with Microsoft SQL Server and related .NET technologies. One of his main professional duties is to develop database applications using SQL Server. Within the context of his duties, he also provides consulting services for SQL Server both in terms of Development and Administration.
Artemakis has a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Advanced Information Technologies from the University of Cyprus.
He is a MCP, MCTS: SQL Server 2005 and a Charter Member of MCTS:SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance. Artemakis is the president of the Cyprus .NET User Group (http://www.cdnug.net).Artemakis writes technical articles on Relational Database Management Systems with emphasis on SQL Server. He also participates as a speaker in various events presenting SQL Server.
