The msDS-LockoutDuration element of the fine-grain account lockout policy determines the number of minutes a locked-out account remains locked before it is automatically unlocked. The valid values for this setting are (None), (Never), and msDS-LockoutObservationWindows value through (Never). The values should be provided in days:hours:minutes:seconds format.
