What is the Context Bound Classes Loaded counter?

The Context Bound Classes Loaded counter is a Remoting Performance Counter (RPC). It is used to exhibit the current number of context-bound classes that are loaded. Classes that can be bound to a context are called context-bound classes. Classes are patent with context attributes that are used to offer usage rules for synchronization, thread similarity, transactions, and so on.
