The ActiveXMessageFormatter class is used to serialize or deserialize primitive data types as well as other objects to or from the message body of a queue. This is done by using a format that is compatible with the MSMQ ActiveX Component. This class is compatible with messages sent using Message Queuing COM components. The ActiveXMessageFormatter class can serialize most primitives as well as objects that implement the IPersistStream OLE interface.
