What is Process Evaluation?

Process Evaluation is used to evaluate processes on a regular basis. This includes identifying areas where the targeted process metrics are not reached, and holding regular bench markings, audits, maturity assessments, and reviews. It is part of Continual Service Improvement and the owner of Process Evaluation is the Process Manager. The sub-processes of Process Evaluation are as follows:

Process Management Support
Process Benchmarking
Process Maturity Assessment
Process Audit
Process Controlling and Review
