DISK CLEANUP is a maintenance tool that is used by users to ensure the smooth performance of their computers. If a user wants to delete some files or folders from the hard disk of the computer, he can run DISK CLEANUP and delete those files and folders. When a user runs DISK CLEANUP, it displays all the drives available on the hard disk of the computer. On selecting a particular drive, it displays all the temporary files, Internet cache files, setup log files, and other files that can be deleted safely. It also displays how much space can be emptied after the deletion of these files.
