What is CLUSTER.EXE?

CLUSTER.EXE is a command-line utility provided by Windows Server 2003 to create or administer server clusters. Administrators can call this utility from command scripts to automate cluster administration tasks. CLUSTER.EXE can be used to administer clusters from a node of the cluster, from nodes of other clusters, or from other computers running Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3 or later.
