What are the responsibilities of an application assembler?
Rating:
An application assembler receives different ejb-jar files from a bean provider and packages them into a single application. He is also responsible for entering the application assembly instructions into the deployment descriptor XML file. He provides instructions describing external dependencies of the application that may enable a bean deployer to install the application into the production environment.
