What are default print permissions?

When a printer is installed on a Windows XP Professional computer, Windows creates the following default permission assignments:
- The Everyone group has the Print permission to the printer.
- The CREATOR OWNER user (the user who installed the printer) has the Manage Documents permission.
- The members of the local Administrators or the Power Users group have the Print, Manage Documents, and Manage Printers permissions.
