What are color channels?
Rating:
Color channels are default channels that store information about color elements in an image. Every Photoshop image has one or more default color channels depending upon the color mode of the image. For example, if the color mode of an image is RGB, the image will have four color channels, i.e., one each for red, green, and blue color information and one composite channel.
