Take the following steps to unauthorize a DHCP server in Active Directory:
- Run DHCP from Start Menu > Programs > Administrative Tools > DHCP.

- In the DHCP console, click Action > Manage authorized servers.

- In the Manage Authorized Servers dialog box, select the server in Authorized DHCP servers, and click the Unauthorize button.

- In the Manage Authorized Servers dialog box, click the Close button.
