Take the following steps to set the AutoArchive Options in Outlook 2003:

  1. In Outlook 2003, select Options from the Tools menu.




  2. In the Options dialog box, click the Other tab. On the Other tab page, click the AutoArchive button.




  3. In the AutoArchive dialog box, select the Run AutoArchive every check box and clear the Prompt before AutoArchive runs check box. Click the Apply these settings to all folders now button, and then click the OK button.




  4. Click the OK button to close the Options dialog box.
