Take the following steps to restrict access to a mail-enabled group:

  1. Run Active Directory Users and Computers from the Start menu.




  2. In the Active Directory Users and Computers console, right-click a group, and select Properties.




  3. On the Exchange General tab page of the group's Properties dialog box, select the From everyone except radio button in the Message restrictions section, and click the Add button.




  4. In the Select Recipient dialog box, enter a user, click the Check Names button, and then click the OK button.




  5. In the group's Properties dialog box, click the OK button.
