Take the following steps to provide the required permission for issuing Key Recovery Agent certificates:


  1. Run the Certification Authority snap-in through Start > Administrative Tools > Certification Authority.



  2. Right-click on the CA server node, and choose Properties. It will open the properties box.



  3. Click the Security tab.



  4. Add the group by clicking the Add button.



  5. Select the Allow - Issue and Manage Certificates, and click the Apply button.
