How to link a GPO to an OU?

Take the following steps to link a Group Policy Object (GPO) to an organizational unit (OU):

1. Run Active Directory Users and Computers from Start Menu > Programs > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers.
   
   



2. In the Active Directory Users and Computers console tree, right-click the OU to which the GPO is to be linked, and click Properties.
   
   



3. In the OU's Properties dialog box, click the Group Policy tab, and click the Add button.
   
   



4. In the Add a Group Policy Object Link dialog box, click the All tab. On the All tab page, select the GPO that is to be linked, and click the OK button.
   
   



5. In the OU's Properties dialog box, click the Apply button, and click the OK button.
