How to create columns in a text box?

Take the following steps to create columns in a text box:

  1. Create a text box.
  2. Under Drawing tools, click the dialog box launcher in the Shape Styles group .
  3. The Format shape dialog box appears, click the Text Box button. Then, click the Columns button.
  4. Specify the column number and spacing, and click the OK button.
  5. Click the close button.
