How to create an alert?

Take the following steps to create an alert:

  1. Run ISA Management from Start Menu > Programs > Microsoft ISA Server > ISA Management.



  2. In the ISA Management console tree, click the server on which an alert is to be created, to expand the tree. Expand Monitoring Configuration, right-click Alerts, and click New > Alert.



  3. In the welcome screen of the New Alert Wizard, specify a name for the alert, and click the Next button.



  4. On the Events and Conditions page, specify the event and the condition for which the alert will be triggered, and click the Next button.



  5. On the Actions page, specify the actions for the alert when it is triggered, and click the Next button.



  6. Click the Finish button.
