Take the following steps to create an administrative and routing group in Exchange Server 2003:

  1. Run System Manager from the Start menu.




  2. In the Exchange System Manager console, right-click Administrative Groups, and select New > Administrative Group.




  3. On the General tab page of the Properties dialog box, type the name of the group in the Name section, and click the OK button.




  4. Expand the dallas administrative group, right-click Routing Groups, and click New > Routing Group.




  5. In the Properties dialog box, type the name of the routing group in the Name section, and click the OK button.
