Take the following steps to create a mailbox-enabled user:
- Run Active Directory Users and Computers from the Start menu.
- In the Active Directory Users and Computers console, double-click the domain node, right-click the Users folder, and select New > User.
- In the New Object - User dialog box, provide the necessary information, and click the Next button.
- In the New Object - User dialog box, enter the password, and click the Next button.
