How to create a hyperlink to an e-mail address ?

Take the following steps to create a hyperlink to an e-mail address:

  1. Select text or graphic to represent the hyperlink, and then click the Insert Hyperlink button on the Standard toolbar.
  2. The Insert Hyperlink dialog box appears. Click the E-mail address under Link to option.

  3. Type the desired e-mail address in the E-mail address box and the subject in the Subject box, and then click the OK button.
