Take the following steps to change the delay time of a screen saver in Windows Vista:
- Right-click on a blank area of the desktop. It will show the desktop properties menu. Click Personalize menu item.
- The Personalization window will appear. Click Screen Saver.
- The Screen Saver Settings dialog box will appear. Change the value in the Wait box, and click on the OK button.
