Take the following steps to add a new user to a computer:

  1. Run Control Panel from Start > Settings > Control Panel.



  2. In the Control Panel window, double-click on the User Accounts icon.



  3. In the User Accounts window, click on the Create a new account option.



  4. On the Name the new account page, type the name of the account, and click the Next button.



  5. On the Pick an account type page, specify the account type, and click the Create Account button
