What is a page break?

Page break is a feature in which the text automatically moves to the next page when it encounters the end of the page. This feature is also known as soft page break. When a page break is inserted manually, it is known as hard page break.

What is section break?

What is drop cap?

Drop cap is used to create a large initial capital letter to spread over multiple lines. The letter expanded in this way is said to be dropped. It is used to add interest to a newsletter or an article. Drop cap can be used to drop a single letter or word(s) and expand it to multiple lines in a paragraph.

What is alignment?

Alignment is the arrangement of text along the margin of a document. There are four types of alignment, which are as follows:

  1. Left Alignment:

    When the text is aligned along the left margin of the page, then the text is said to be left aligned.

  2. Right Alignment:

    When the text is aligned along the right margin of the page, then the text is said to be right aligned.
