An order detail refers to the information that is to be filled by a customer to order his product. The order detail form should include customer details and product details. The customer detail includes customer name, address, contact number, etc. The product detail includes order number, product name , price, etc. It should not contain those fields that are related to the privacy of a customer. For example, it should not ask for a customer’s credit card number. The credit card number is sent to the seller through secure methods.

Lead capacity refers to adding the capacity in anticipation to the increase in demand. It has a goal of attracting customers in a competitive environment. Its disadvantage is that it results in excess inventory, which is costly and uneconomical.

Lag capacity refers to adding capacity when it is increased only after the company is running at its full capacity, and there is increase in demand. It minimizes the risk of waste, but might result in the loss of possible customers.

The CompTIA test EK0-002 focuses on the technologies used in e-business. These technologies are related to purchase, sales, online promotion, security, etc., of an e-business site. This test also deals with secures transaction using SSL and SET payment gateways, inventory control, shipping and order information, site performance testing and evaluation.
