The setTicker() method is a method of the Screen class. It is used to associate a Ticker with an instance of a Screen object. The general syntax of this method is as follows:

public void setTicker(Ticker tick)

Here, tick is the instance of the Ticker class.

For example, the syntax to associate a Ticker t2 with the TextBox instance t1 is as follows:

t1.setTicker(t2);

It will display the scrolling text message with the TextBox.
