The Manage Printers permission allows a user or group to perform all the tasks that can be performed by the users who have the Print and Manage Documents permissions. In addition to this, users with the Manage Printers permission can also pause and resume the printer, take the printer offline, share or delete the printer, and change the printer's properties and print permissions.
