What is recoverable messaging?

Recoverable messaging stores messages on disk. This helps in message recovery whenever a system failure occurs or system shuts down while sending messages. On restarting the computer the Message Queuing service restarts, and the sending process is automatically resumed. However, it is slower than express messaging.
