What is iSQL*Plus?

iSQL*Plus is a browser-based interface to SQL*Plus. It enables users to connect to Oracle9i through a Web browser and execute SQL statements. iSQL*Plus consists of the following three layers:

  • Client layer (Web browser)
  • Middle layer (Oracle HTTP Server and iSQL*Plus Server)
  • Database layer (Oracle database and Oracle Net)
