What is a macro?
Rating:
A macro is a short visual basic program created by a user in order to automate the steps involved in a task. If a user requires performing the same task repeatedly that consists of several steps, he can automate the steps involved in the task by recording a macro. When a user records a macro for a task, keyboard and mouse movements involved in the task are recorded, and the next time, when he needs to perform the task, he can do so simply by running the macro recorded for the task.
