Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC) is a Windows tool. It has replaced Microsoft ActiveSync in Windows Vista. It provides device management features for Windows Mobile-powered devices. It is used for setting up a desktop partnership and synchronization of data between a mobile device and the desktop.
