What is WMA?

WMA stands for Wireless Messaging API. The Java Community Process (JCP) defines it as JSR 120. It is based on the Generic Connection Framework (GCF). It defines interfaces and methods for sending and receiving both text and binary messages. The diagram below depicts the interfaces and sub interfaces of the WMA.
