What is RLOGIN?

Rating:

RLOGIN is a UNIX command that allows an authorized user to login to other UNIX computers (hosts) on a network. A user connected to a remote host through this command can interact to the host in the same way as if he were physically present at the host. The RLOGIN command is similar to the TELNET command. The remote host must be running the RLOGIND service (or daemon) in order to enable the client to use the RLOGIN command.
