What is resource plan directive?

A resource plan directive associates each resource consumer group to a specific resource plan, and directs the number of resources that can be allocated to each resource plan. It can be created using the CREATE_PLAN_DIRECTIVE procedure of the DBMS_RESOURCE_MANAGER package.
