Directory rights define the users or groups that have permissions to change e-mail-related attributes of a mail-enabled public folder. By default, only the Administrator account and members of the Administrators, Enterprise Admins, Exchange Domain Servers, or Exchange Enterprise Servers group can change e-mail-related attributes of a mail-enabled public folder. However, an administrator can change this setting as per his requirement. He can configure the directory rights on the Permissions tab page of the public folder's Properties dialog box.
