  6. Identify the steps in Web site planning and development process.
  7. Create a Web page and add images to it.
  8. Create a basic HTML form that accepts user inputs.
  9. Use XML, Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create Web pages.
  10. Identify, analyze, and diagnose common performance issues affecting Internet clients.
