It uses Information Rights Management in Microsoft Office to prevent a presentation from unauthorized access. A user can use the Restrict Permission feature by installing Windows Right Management client.

Digital Signature: Digital Signature is used to ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of presentations. A user can use Digital ID for adding digital signature. A user can change and view the certificate for certificate properties and certification path.
