Take the following steps to prevent a Group Policy object from being overridden:
- Run Active Directory Users and Computers from Start Menu > Programs > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers.

- In the Active Directory Users and Computers console tree, right-click the domain in which the GPO is located, and click Properties.

- In the <domainname> Properties dialog box, click the Group Policy tab.

- On the Group Policy tab page, right-click the GPO link, and click No Override.

- On the Group Policy tab page of the <domainname> Properties dialog box, click the Apply button, and click the OK button.
