Take the following steps to forward an Active Directory mailbox to another user:

1. Run Active Directory Users and Computers from the Start menu.





2. In the Active Directory Users and Computers console, click Users, right-click a user in the right pane, and select Properties.





3. In the user's Properties dialog box, click the Exchange General tab, and then click the Delivery Options button.





4. In the Delivery Options dialog box, select the Forward to radio button in the Forwarding address section, and click the Modify button.





5. In the Select Recipient dialog box, enter the name of a user, click the Check Names button, and then click the OK button.





6. In the Delivery Options dialog box, click the OK button.
