Take the following steps to encrypt a presentation:
- Select the presentation.
- Click the Microsoft Office button. Select the Encrypt Document option Under the Prepare menu.
- The Encrypt Document dialog box appears. Type a password and click the OK button.
- The Confirm Password dialog box appears. Reenter the password and click the OK button.
