Take the following steps to enable Shadow Copies of shared folders:

  1. Run Computer Management from Start Menu > Programs > Administrative Tools > Computer Management.



  2. In the console tree, right-click Shared Folders, select All Tasks, and click the Configure Shadow Copies option.



  3. Select the volume of which the Shadow Copies feature is to be enabled, and then click the Enable button.



  4. In the Enable Shadow Copies window, click the Yes button.



  5. Click the OK button.
