Take the following steps to enable Shadow Copies of shared folders:
- Run Computer Management from Start Menu > Programs > Administrative Tools > Computer Management.

- In the console tree, right-click Shared Folders, select All Tasks, and click the Configure Shadow Copies option.

- Select the volume of which the Shadow Copies feature is to be enabled, and then click the Enable button.

- In the Enable Shadow Copies window, click the Yes button.

- Click the OK button.
