Take the following steps to customize the schedule of an Exchange mailbox management process:
- Run System Manager from the Start menu.
- From the left pane of the Exchange System Manager console, open Administrative Groups > First Administrative Group > Servers.
- Right-click on the server name, and select Properties.
- On the Mailbox Management tab page of the server's Properties dialog box, select Use custom schedule from the drop down list in the Start mailbox management process section, and click the Customize button.
- In the Schedule dialog box, highlight areas on the schedule grid appropriately by clicking and dragging the mouse over the areas of the table, and click the OK button.
- In the server's Properties dialog box, click the Apply button, and then click the OK button.
