Take the following steps to create an administrative and routing group in Exchange Server 2003:
- Run System Manager from the Start menu.
- In the Exchange System Manager console, right-click Administrative Groups, and select New > Administrative Group.
- On the General tab page of the Properties dialog box, type the name of the group in the Name section, and click the OK button.
- Expand the dallas administrative group, right-click Routing Groups, and click New > Routing Group.
- In the Properties dialog box, type the name of the routing group in the Name section, and click the OK button.
