Take the following steps to create a new site:

1. Run Active Directory Sites and Services from Start Menu > Programs > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Sites and Services.
   
   



2. In the Active Directory Sites and Services console tree, right-click the Sites folder, and click New Site.
   
   



3. In the New Object - Site dialog box, specify a name and a link for the site, and click the OK button. The Confirmation dialog box will appear.
   
   



4. In the Confirmation dialog box, click the OK button.
   
   



5. Close the Active Directory Sites and Services console.
