Take the following steps to create a new site:
- Run Active Directory Sites and Services from Start Menu > Programs > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Sites and Services.

- In the Active Directory Sites and Services console tree, right-click the Sites folder, and click New Site.

- In the New Object - Site dialog box, specify a name and a link for the site, and click the OK button. The Confirmation dialog box will appear.

- In the Confirmation dialog box, click the OK button.

- Close the Active Directory Sites and Services console.
